Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership annual report released

Minister Porter today welcomed the release of the inaugural annual report of the Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership.

As the Partnership’s Deputy Chair, Mr Porter said the annual report is a valuable record of the Partnership’s key achievements in advancing Australia’s culture of giving.

The Partnership works to unite business and community leaders in its core mission to advise government on strategies to promote philanthropic giving, volunteering and investment in Australia.

The report highlights the Partnership’s achievements over the past year and sets their course for the year ahead.

Key accomplishments for 2015 include extensive engagement with people from community, government and business sectors and commissioning of five significant reports. These reports will provide important evidence on trends, innovation and best practice in the volunteering and philanthropic sectors to inform future policy.
