Expression of Interest

Submit an expression of interest to provide copies of your adoption files or request to have your adoption file accessed and reviewed.

You can express your interest to be part of Stage 2 of the investigation. This only applies if you are an adoptee or adoptive parent where the adoption took place from the Republic of Korea to Australian between 1964 and 1999.

This means the investigation may access and review your adoption files, or you may indicate interest in taking part in an interview with the lead investigator.

By filling in this form, you agree that the Department of Social Services can collect and use your personal information as explained in the Privacy Collection Notice. You also confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy.

The adoption needs to have occurred during this time period to continue with this Expression of Interest.
