Families and Children Activity Outcomes Framework

The Families and Children (FaC) Activity Outcomes Framework identifies the key outcomes that programs and services funded under the FaC Activity should aim to achieve.

The purpose of the Outcomes Framework is to guide service providers in delivery of their grant activity and reporting in the Data Exchange.

The department also expects organisations to refer to the outcomes in the Outcomes Framework through their Program Logics, Activity Work Plans, and reports.
