About this resource

The Strong and Resilient Communities (SARC) Activity funds community-driven programs for vulnerable and disadvantaged people. This report looked at how well the programs met their goals. Overall, it found they have helped to make positive change in communities. We have improved the design and focus of the SARC Activity based on the findings of the evaluation.
