Implementation progress update
The Tasmanian Government has continued to embed Workplace Equality and Respect Standards (WERS) with all agencies. This work includes a review of the Key Performance Indicators to ensure they can be sustainably measured within the Tasmanian State Service and align to the 5 Workplace Equality and Respect Standards.
