Activity details
Providing $37.6 million in funding over 4 years from 2023-24 with $8 million per year ongoing from 2027-28. This grant program establishes and funds working women's centres in every state and territory to provide advice and assistance to working women on issues including workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, and employment rights and entitlements, and establishes a national body to facilitate collaboration and coordination of services and advocacy for working women.
Implementation progress update
All working women's centres are established. Following approval of 2024-25 progress reports and financial acquittal reports, payments for 2025-26 milestones has been made.
