The Ngala Thriving Families program is a partnership between Ngala and the Department of Health WA. The program provides trauma-informed services through a culturally secure and person-centred model which is tailored to individual families and may include individual consults, group sessions, day stays or an extended night stay.

Thriving Families initiative
Thriving Families is a two-year pilot program (June 2024 - June 2026) that provides community-based, clinically led developmental, behavioural, and parenting services for families affected by family and domestic violence, as well as other at-risk families. Thriving families offers a range of services including consults with healthcare professionals, access to external community supports and programs, plus group sessions and stays at Ngala's residential parenting service for up to four nights.
