Supporting Outreach Healthcare for Victim-Survivors of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Pilot.
Implementation progress update
As of March 2025, the following Primary Health Network sites are providing a place-based model of outreach healthcare:
- Hunter New England and Central Coast
- Central and Eastern Sydney
- South Eastern New South Wales
- Gippsland
- Northern Queensland
- Western Queensland.
All pilot sites have commissioned service providers and are planning to commence service delivery in August 2025.
