Extension of Speak Now forced marriage prevention and education grant. The Speak Now project, delivered by Anti-Slavery Australia, aims to prevent forced marriage through education, awareness raising, and collaboration with the sector.
Implementation progress update
Anti-Slavery Australia continues to deliver education and awareness raising activities and collaborate with the sector with the aim of preventing forced marriage.
A grant variation to extend Anti-Slavery Australia's grant agreement commenced on 13 June 2024. This extended the Speak Now project for an additional 4 years through to 2027–28.
