Activity details
Co-design, with the NSW domestic and family violence (DFV) sector, a set of Service Quality Standards to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery to victim-survivors including children and young people. These Standards will apply to services funded by the NSW Government and will outline everyday practice expectations for people working in the DFV sector, reflecting the quality of service that the community can expect from the organisation.
Implementation progress update
Domestic Violence NSW have been funded to co-design organisational quality standards with the sector through extensive consultation. Draft standards have been developed and are being user-tested with 9 services, including 2 Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations, to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and to inform the implementation approach.
