Implementation progress update
On the 21 of August 2024, the then Minister for Women and the Prevention of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence, the Hon Katrine Hildyard MP and Minister for Multicultural Affairs, the Hon Zoe Bettison MP, jointly hosted a roundtable to engage faith and multicultural community leaders in the prevention of DFSV against women.
The roundtable brought leaders together to share their expertise and engage in meaningful conversations about DFSV in their communities. It also raised awareness of DFSV and started discussions around the roles leaders can have as champions of change in their communities.
