Undertake a review of South Australia's sexual consent laws, including reviewing potential areas for reform such as an affirmative consent model, jury directions and increasing penalties for image-based sexual offences.
Implementation progress update

Submissions were invited on reform options. Further development work is being undertaken in light of the responses to consultation.
