Activity details
Review domestic and family violence (DFV) information sharing guidelines to promote and enhance the use of the guidelines to support integrated approaches.
Implementation progress update
The Domestic and Family Violence Information Sharing Guidelines (the guidelines) support practitioners and others to appropriately share information to keep victim-survivors and their children safe from DFV.
Revised guidelines were publicly released in December 2023. The guidelines were revised to increase awareness, understanding and consistent use of the information sharing provisions under the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012. The guidelines continue to be embedded in integrated service responses.
