Implementation progress update

Respectful Relationships Teaching Support Program
In February 2025, the State Government awarded a three-year contract to Starick Services to continue delivering the State's Respectful Relationships Teaching Support Program. Each school can participate in the program for free as all schools participating in the program are provided with an $8,000 (exc. GST) teacher relief subsidy. The program commenced in 2023 with a $1.226 million commitment (from 2022/23 to 2025/26). In addition, the Government committed an additional $1.5 million over 2 years (January 2025 to December 2026) to enable expansion of the program to Catholic and Independent Schools and to support development of bespoke resources targeting Aboriginal students. For more information see Respectful Relationships Teaching Support Program.
