Office for Women to support whole of Government coordination

The OFW continues to collaborate and consult across Government to understand the progress and implementation challenges of key Government measures aimed at addressing gender-based violence both under the National Plan and more broadly.

OFW continues to work closely with the Department of Social Services (as the stewards of the National Plan), the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Commission, and other government agencies. OFW drives whole-of-government coordination on ending gender-based violence from its central position in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
