Support the National Legal Assistance Partnership and Family Violence Prevention Legal Services, including one-year indexation supplementation to the funding for Legal Aid Commissions, Community Legal Centres, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services, and additional funding to reduce community legal sector pay disparity.
Implementation progress update
The Australian, state and territories governments negotiated amendments to the National Legal Assistance Partnership 2020-2025 Bilateral Schedules to facilitate the provision of the funding.
