A model sexual harassment prevention policy for agencies to adopt and tailor to their workforce.
This activity is part of a broader activity to implement a program of work under the Equity and Respect Framework that will support the NSW public sector to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace.
Implementation progress update
The model sexual harassment prevention policy was launched on 8 May 2023, alongside the Public Service Commissioner’s Direction. For more information see Sexual harassment - NSW Government.
