Implementation progress update
Women’s Legal Service SA (WLSSA) provides state-wide specialist legal and non-legal assistance services to vulnerable women, pursuant to the National Access to Justice Partnership 2025-30 (NAJP). The types of legal services delivered by WLSSA include discrete legal assistance, including legal advice information, and referrals, representation services for criminal, civil (including child protection) and family law, community legal education, facilitated resolution processes and non-legal support.
