Implementation progress update
Family Violence Legal Services Aboriginal Corporation (FVLSAC) provides legal and wrap around services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victim and survivors experiencing, at risk of and/or recovering from family, domestic and sexual violence, and their families and relevant kinship in South Australia, pursuant to the National Access to Justice Partnership 2025-30 (NAJP). The types of legal services delivered by FVLSAC include discrete legal assistance, including legal advice information, and referrals, representation services for criminal, civil (including child protection) and family law, community legal education, facilitated resolution processes and non-legal support.
