Activity details
Ensure the development of integrated service delivery models by trialling partnership service pilots within the current domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV) service sector. This aims to expand the sector and incorporate the provision of integrated early intervention, response, and recovery services for victim-survivors.
Implementation progress update
The Connection, Strength and Recovery Partnership (CSR) commenced June 2023 and provides therapeutic supports to women who have been impacted by DFSV. CSR recognises and responds to trauma and addresses the impacts of DFSV on health and wellbeing through delivering group work, counselling and case management.
CSR is delivered by several service providers including Centacare Catholic Country SA, Centacare Catholic Family Services and Women's Safety Services SA.
The Earlier Access to Supports and Engagement Partnership (EASE) began in June 2023 and delivers earlier intervention for individuals and families who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing DFSV. EASE is delivered by several service providers including Women's Safety Services SA, First Nations Healing, Centacare Catholic Family Services and the Australian Refugee Association.
The CSR and EASE programs have been extended to 30 June 2027.
