Activity details
2022-23 Budget Measure - Implement $27 million from 2022–23 to 2026–27 to apply innovative approaches to address family, domestic and sexual violence perpetrator behaviour. This will be done through establishing a new component to the Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Responses Schedule under a Federation Funding Agreement in partnership with state and territory governments.
Implementation progress update
As of 17 January 2025, 19 projects have been approved. This includes 5 scoping studies, 11 trials and 3 combined scoping studies and trials.
- 9 projects have a focus on First Nations people who use or are at risk of using violence.
- 3 trials focus on adolescents or young people who use or are at risk of using violence.
- 2 trials are being conducted with culturally and linguistically diverse people who use or are at risk of using violence.
