Partner with Flinders University to co-design and implement a specialist domestic and family violence (DFV) training package for child protection workers that is being rolled out across the Department for Child Protection (DCP) and the broader sector.
Implementation progress update
The co-designed training package, ‘Responding to domestic and family violence in the context of child protection: Advanced understandings and leadership’ has been developed and will continue to be available to staff. This reflects DCP’s commitment to effective DFV informed practice.
DCP continues to support its workforce in DFV informed practice through the delivery of both Advanced and Foundational training opportunities involving online and in-person learning, and related resources.
