Activity details
Extend the First Nations Family Dispute Resolution pilot by 2 years from 2024–25 to allow a further period to establish new culturally safe and appropriate family dispute resolution service models.
Implementation progress update
Eight of the 9 current grant recipients have elected to remain in the program. Grants for these remaining 8 services have been extended to 30 June 2026.
All grant recipients have commenced providing culturally appropriate Family Dispute Resolution to their local communities. Several have continued to experience difficulties in establishing continuous service provision.
