System Reform - Workforce development
A priority project of the State Government’s System Reform Plan is to establish a dedicated Family and Domestic Violence Workforce Entity (the Entity). The entity will be about supporting organisations and workers to have the knowledge and skills required to respond to family and domestic violence. It will support workforce development across government, the community sector and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and will have a role in supporting implementation of key system reform actions including the family and domestic violence Workforce Capability Framework and the Common Risk Assessment and Risk Management Framework. The Workforce Entity will be tendered in July 2025 to identify a suitable provider, or service alliance to operate the new Entity. For more information see Dedicated Family and Domestic Violence Workforce Entity.
