Implementation progress update
The ACT Government is focused on ensuring the continued delivery of multidisciplinary approaches so victim survivors get the right support at the right time as a priority ahead of a physical Multidisciplinary Centre (MDC) structure at this time. This includes Wraparound Support program, the introduction of Independent Sexual Violence Advisors and Sexual Assault Advocates. These responses will ensure therapeutic and practical supports are available for victim-survivors and are expected to form part of an MDC once established.
