Implementation progress update
The Tasmanian Government continues to listen, learn and consult with the community as it progresses the goals of the Strategy through yearly implementation plans. For more information see the latest implementation plan at Equal means Equal: Tasmanian Women's Strategy 2022-2027.
In July 2024, the Tasmanian Government delivered its third Gender Budget Statement under Equal means Equal. This includes an analysis of 2024-25 Budget initiatives by the Department of Premier and Cabinet utilising a gender impact assessment framework. For more information see the 2023-25 Tasmanian Budget.
