Double the capacity of Womensline and Mensline helplines with a new Townsville-based North Queensland Hub providing greater response and referral pathways.
Implementation progress update
A review of the statewide domestic, family and sexual violence crisis intake and referral system was completed in 2024-25 with outcomes informing the future design of the statewide system and immediate local level changes to boost the capacity of the telephone crisis lines.
