Activity details
An educational and community-based program targeting social issues impacting the attitudes towards women and domestic and family violence on Kangaroo Island.
Implementation progress update
The Say No to Violence program will deliver domestic and family violence primary prevention activities on Kangaroo Island. This is through the delivery of violence prevention programs, contributing to the employment of a community-based youth worker, and the recruitment of a community ambassador.
Collectively, these initiatives target men and young people through sporting clubs and other community hubs. This aims to support men and boys to develop healthy and respectful relationships and prevent violence against women.
