Domestic Violence Crisis Service (DVCS) workers are in-posted into the ACT Government's Children, Youth and Families (CYF) with CYF case management and intake teams to improve service responses to families where domestic and family violence (DFV) is occurring by building the capacity of CYF practitioners to respond to incidents of DFV where a child is a risk.
Implementation progress update
This initiative funds a partnership between the Child and Youth Protection Service and the DVCS to improve responses to children and young people and their families experiencing DFV in the context of child protection services.
