Establish a systematic Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Death Review process.
Implementation progress update
The Death Review Project Manager role is undergoing recruitment. Research has been conducted on DFV death review processes across Australia and internationally. Consultation on the DFV Death Review is on hold until successful recruitment is established.
