Family and Domestic Violence Workforce Capability Framework
The development of a family and domestic violence Workforce Capability Framework (the Framework) in partnership with the specialist family and domestic violence sector, to support a system-wide workforce is also a priority of the System Reform Plan. The Workforce Capability Framework will be a tool for building family and domestic violence capability in all workforces that intersect with family violence. Considerable consultation to inform development of the Workforce Capability Framework occurred in 2024-25. For more information see Workforce Capability Framework.
