Develop a Gender Equality bill

The South Australian Office for Women is progressing work associated with this commitment.

This includes: engaging with the construction and building sector and other non-traditional industries to encourage more women into skilled and technical roles; building capability to identify gender gaps in the state public sector and measure the gender pay gap; developing guidance tools to embed gender equality into state government agency procurement processes; trialling and embedding a gender impact assessment tool into the development of programs and policies.
