Activity details
ACT Policing will continue to consider referrals for behavioural change, utilising services for perpetrators of family domestic and sexual violence, to mitigate the risk of reoffending.
Implementation progress update
A Memorandum of Understand (MoU) between ACT Policing and Victims of Crime Commissioner is being renegotiated and is expected to be signed in early July 2025. This MoU will formalise the referral pathway process between agencies.
