About this resource
From June 2024 to May 2025, Whereto Research Based Consulting (Whereto) carried out an independent evaluation of the Support for Trafficked People Program (STPP) and the Additional Referral Pathway (ARP).
The evaluation aimed to:
- look at how the STPP was designed and how well it worked in practice
- assess whether the STPP met its goals
- look at how the ARP pilot was rolled out and run
- provide clear and practical advice to support future policy and program decisions.
