In New South Wales, prospective tenants need to contact an NRAS tenancy manager directly to see if they have any NRAS dwellings available in the preferred area. A tenancy manger can assist with the application process and provide the appropriate paperwork.

Some of the requirements to be eligible are:

  • Provide proof of your household’s gross income over the last 12 months
  • Continue to provide proof of income to your tenancy manager on an annual basis
  • Not exceed the relevant household income limits for your household composition.
