About the scheme
The National Panel of Assessors (NPA) program requires audits of providers against the National Standards of Disability Services (NSDS).
Self-assessment worksheet
The National Standards for Disability Services self-assessment worksheet(Opens external website) is for NPA providers. It helps them to assess their compliance with the standards. The worksheet is in a template style with the following:
- a list of each relevant standard and indicator of practice
- a space for examples of evidence to support compliance
- a space for any improvement actions.
Evidence guide
The National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS) and their application in the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Program - Evidence Guide(Opens external website) is for NPA providers and certifying bodies. It aims to help them understand and apply the standards to the work of a NPA provider.
