JobAccess Gateway Services
The JobAccess Gateway Request for Tender (RFT) was released on AusTender, number 70006956, on 16 December 2015. The RFT combines a range of services with a view to establishing a central entry point for people with disability, employers, service providers, the disability sector and the broader community.
The services being combined include the content management of the JobAccess Gateway website; operation of an email and telephone information and advisory service relevant to employing people with disability; the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service; the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline; administration of the employment assistance fund on behalf of the Department; promotion of employment of people with disability; engaging with employers to increase employment opportunities for people with disability; undertaking employer and industry seminars/workshops; and improving employer awareness of support available through Australian government schemes and other incentives for employing people with disability.
