Applications for the 2024 Graduate Development Program are now open.
Graduates will perform 2 five-month work area placements (rotations) across the department. They will start at the APS 3 classification and progress to APS 5 on successful completion of program.
The program offers graduates a variety of interesting and challenging work, access to professional development and on-the-job training, rewarding professional relationships and networking, mentoring and coaching from Senior Executive staff.
DSS supports an inclusive and diverse workforce and encourages graduates with disability and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander graduates to apply.
Applicants need to be an Australian citizen and have completed their degree in the last 5 years, up to December 2023.
