2027 Graduate Development Program – applications open!

Applications for the 2027 Graduate Development Program are now open. 

If you know someone finishing university this year, let them know about our Graduate Development Program. We are looking for curious people who want to make a real difference to the wellbeing of Australians.

The program kicks off in February 2027. It gives graduates the chance to work on interesting and meaningful projects. They will also get plenty of support from experienced staff through:

• professional development
• mentoring
• on-the-job training.

Graduates will be based in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. If they need to move, we will cover relocations costs. 

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We welcome applications from graduates from all backgrounds, including:

• graduates with disability
• culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander graduates
• graduates who identify as LGBTIQA+.

Applicants must be an Australian citizen and have completed their degree in the last 5 years, up to December 2026.

Applications close 27 April 2026.
