You must give us 30 days written notice if your organisation intends to make any significant changes to the business structure (such as a change of ownership, change of legal entity type, or change of ABN). Any changes to your organisation affect your Standard Funding Agreement. Telling us early will help with a smooth transition. These changes can be sent to the above email address.
