Aboriginal Partnerships in collaboration with the Prevention of Family Violence unit within the Department of Premier and Cabinet are co-designing a partnership with Aboriginal organisations to collaboratively develop and mutually agree specific actions and strategies to support Tasmanian Aboriginal people who experience family and sexual violence.
Implementation progress update
The Tasmanian Government is in the preliminary planning stages for a co-designed approach to partner with Aboriginal organisations to support Tasmanian Aboriginal people experiencing family and sexual violence. This work relates to Tasmania's approaches to Closing the Gap Target 13 and the Third Family and Sexual Violence Action Plan.
