This is the approved form under section 21 of the NRAS Regulations. You must use this form to make an application to transfer an allocation to another approved participant.
Once completed, please submit your application form with a complete Schedule of Allocation for Transfer to another Approved Participant and all supporting evidence identified in this form to nras@dss.gov.au.
