The Terms of Reference and Protocols and Statement of Purpose for the Implementation Working Group (Working Group) were agreed to at the first meeting on 9 July 2013. The Terms of Reference for the Working Group were initially to 30 June 2014. The Terms of Reference were closed at the last meeting on 5 December 2014.
