Our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Committee and Network promote and advocate for CALD staff. We:

  • value staff diversity 
  • recognise the value of cultural intelligence that CALD staff contribute
  • identify and remove barriers ( such as cultural, social, organisational culture, psychological, bias etc)  through education and awareness
  • champion the voice of CALD staff
  • promote a more inclusive work environment.

Our senior executive-level CALD Champion supports the Committee. They advocate for CALD staff interests, perspectives and concerns.
