Disability Reform Minister’s Meeting on 17 June 2022

Commonwealth, State and Territory Disability Ministers met in Melbourne on 17 June 2022.
This was the first Disability Reform Ministers’ Meeting attended by the Hon Bill Shorten MP, Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Minister for Government Services and the Hon Amanda Rishworth MP, Minister for Social Services.
Ministers committed to working together to support better outcomes for people with disability including by improving the effectiveness of the NDIS. Ministers also agreed to work together to measure and report on progress under the Australian Disability Strategy and the Targeted Action Plans under the Strategy.
