Our WATCh is an independent, not for profit organisation working established to raise awareness and engage the community in action to prevent violence against women and their children. Our WATCh is supported by the Commonwealth, Northern Territory, South Australian and Victorian Governments to drive cultural and attitudinal change to prevent violence against women and their children from the ground up through community engagement and advocacy.

Our WATCh will, at a national level, bring together the vital work being done to prevent violence against women and their children.  It aims to strengthen engagement on these issues across the broader Australian community, provide opportunities for community leadership as well as support future work in primary prevention.

Our WATCh is an initiative under the National Plan to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children 2010-2022 (the National Plan) and complements the work of Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety (ANROWS).
