Commonwealth State Territory Disability Agreement - Annual Public Report 2002-03

The 2002-03 report is the first in a series of annual reports advising of the progress and achievements of the Australian Government, and state and territory governments under this agreement.

The third Commonwealth State Territory Disability Agreement (CSTDA) requires all governments to provide an annual progress report against the Agreement's Implementation Plan.

The 2002-03 report highlights the progress and achievements of the Australian Government, and state and territory governments in the first year of its operation under this agreement, which operated between 2002 and 2007.

This report was commissioned by the National Disability Administrators - the group of government officials charged with the responsibility of implementing the agreement.
