Speech Pathologist

INITIAL ASSESSMENT. Feeding, swallowing and/or early communication assessment, including: detailed case history; oral motor assessment; feeding, swallowing and/or communication assessment; initial recommendations; detailed written assessment findings; early intervention plan.

TREATMENT of feeding, swallowing and/or early communication skills. 1 hour $185
EXTENDED TREATMENT session for feeding, swallowing and/or early communication skills. 1.5 hours $277.50
Brief written report for a particular purpose at request of parent (e.g. for transition to new setting or service provider).   $92.50 per page
