Disability Management Service Tender

The Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service 2015 Request for Tender (DES-DMS 2015 RFT) was released on 1 July 2014 and closed on 4 August 2014.

Tender Outcomes

Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield, Assistant Minister for Social Services, announced the outcome of the Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Tender process on 6th November 2014.

Attached is the list of all DES-DMS providers from 2 March 2015, by State and Employment Service Area. The list also identifies those providers which were successful in the tender.

Transition

Overview

From 2 March 2015 CRS Australia will no longer deliver DES-DMS. The business of CRS Australia will instead be delivered by successful tenderers. Further information about the transition arrangements is available for Participants, Providers and Employers.

Debriefing

All tenderers are entitled to a verbal debriefing. If you would like to request a debriefing please contact the Employment Services Purchasing Hotline on 1300 733 514 or via email at espurchasing@employment.gov.au.

Complaints Handling

Complaints should be directed to the Employment Services Purchasing Hotline (phone 1300 733 514 or via email at espurchasing@employment.gov.au) in the first instance. If the issue cannot be resolved by the Hotline, it will be forwarded to the Branch Manager, DES Compliance Branch, DSS. More complex complaints, or complaints which put the Commonwealth at risk, will be forwarded to the external Probity Adviser for advice and resolution. The Branch Manager, DES Compliance Branch will determine whether or not the complaint can be resolved internally or whether it requires escalation to the external Probity Adviser.
