NB Approved participants with allocations which are due to expire from on or before 31 July 2020 will need to provide the notice to tenants no later than 22 April 2020. Approved participants with allocations that expire on 1 August 2020 or after must send the notice at least 90 days prior to the NRAS allocation expiring.
